The common target of all the instruments we use to discover the talents of our employees is to know our employees and their expectations well and to satisfy such expectations. The most extensively used instrument that covers all of our employees is the Performance Evaluation System. The system aims not only to evaluate our employees, but also to ensure their participation in business plans, to motivate them for success and to plan to enhance their potential.
Our corporation has a young and highly qualified workforce. It is critical for our Talent Management to know and manage our employees’ expectations and targets, to ensure that they set up targets in line with the corporations and to guide them in order to properly manage their targets. With the practice entitled “My Career Is Under My Control”, which we apply over the system called “Talent Hunter”, we ask our employees about their career targets, ensure them to take the responsibility of their career development and guide them to properly manage their careers. The basic purpose why the Development Centre is used is to objectively determine employees’ strong sides and their sides that are open to improvement, as well as to determine the areas of improvement and the level of requirements of those candidates, who are candidates for strategic positions in terms of Development Centre practices and some specific competencies, and to decide whether they fit such positions. The objectivity and professionalism of our talent management process is of great importance in maintaining our employees’ motivation and confidence in the system and ensuring they concentrate on improvement.
