We consider our families to be as much an inseparable part of our organization as our employees who are the determining factor in successfully achieving our company’s targets; and we believe we are a big team together with them. As a reflection of this philosophy, we have taken up the title of “Our Families” within our Human Resources policy, which serves our corporation’s vision and primary business targets.
Within this framework, we have implemented the BilimAilem Project as a project in line with our Human Resources Policy with the purpose of contributing towards the personal and social development of our employees’ families, of helping our employees and families become familiar with each other, of maintaining continuous and cordial communications within the company, of supporting the business-private life balance, as well as bringing employee happiness and loyalty to the highest possible level. We support the business-private life balance of our employees by bringing them together with their families, colleagues and manager at a common platform, while we also contribute to the personal development of their children. For this purpose,
• We hold “Domestic Communication Activities” in order to raise awareness of our employees and their spouses on domestic communication, parenthood, pediatric development and psychology.
• We issue the “BilimAilem” magazine twice a year in order to strengthen our communications with our employees and their families, to inform employees’ families on in-house practices, to contribute to the personal development of family members and to share information with them which would allow them to enjoy themselves.
• With the “Birth Gift Kit”, which includes basic care products that are required in their first days by our little members who have recently joined us, we aim to stand by our employees, who have just had a baby, and their spouses.
• With the support of being a big team, we bring various tastes from all around Turkey into a cookbook entitled “Bilim’in Lezzetleri” (Tastes of Bilim).
• On such specials days as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, which remind us of the family concept, we aim to be with our employees and make them feel that we remember them.
• We collectively go to the theatre, dance shows, concerts and stand-up shows in order to support the social and cultural sides of our BilimAilem members.
