Being a growing company cannot be separated from being a responsible company

As Bilim Pharmaceuticals, the results of the practices we have implemented to date show that being a growing company cannot be separated from being a "responsible" company. On the contrary, as we move towards creating a "responsible company", many opportunities for tangible and intangible gains, particularly in terms of savings, are waiting for us to be utilised.

As a sustainability leader in the Turkish pharmaceutical industry, we are aware of our responsibilities. With this awareness, we endeavour to carry our sustainability efforts to a higher level.

While sustainability is gaining importance day by day as a new business model across the world, we, as Bilim Pharmaceuticals, consistently continue our efforts in this field.

For the second time, we prepared our 2012 Corporate Responsibility Report at the A+ level, in compliance with the GRI G3.1 Sustainability Reporting Principles and the United Nations Global Compact Communication on Progress Reporting standards.

Our 2011 Corporate Responsibility Report, in which we report on our sustainability efforts we carry out with the awareness of leaving a more livable world to future generations, was the first report in Turkey to be approved by GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) with A+ level.

We Share Responsibility

At Bilim Pharmaceuticals, while managing our business and production processes with the awareness and responsibility of being a "good corporate citizen", we also believe that corporate responsibility activities are very important for a sustainable world that we can leave to future generations. This year's report, which contains more comprehensive and detailed information than our first report, covers our sustainability efforts in 2010. Our report, which is approved by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as "A" level, the highest reporting level, enables us to share our work transparently with all our stakeholders.

We prepared our Corporate Responsibility Report in order to transparently share our performance and future targets regarding our social, environmental, economic and ethical responsibilities with all our stakeholders. This is the first report we have published.

Together with our employees, we aim for our country and society to achieve a quality of life at universal standards and we mobilise our labour, time and intellectual knowledge for this high ideal. Started in 2007, we share our effective corporate responsibility activities with this first report in line with globally recognised principles.
