Our Sustainability Policy

At Bilim Pharmaceuticals, we shape our sustainability policy on the basis of impact management. In other words, our sustainability policy is "value optimization". We keep all aspects of our impacts arising from our operations under control, including environmental, social and economic impacts.
In line with our sustainability policy of "value optimization";

  • Our stakeholders are the most important part of our impact management processes.
  • All positive-negative, expected-unexpected changes created by our activities are identified and prioritized.

Our Environmental Policy

We use appropriate technologies to control and minimize the potential significant impacts of environmental aspects arising from the activities of our organization on the environment and human health.


We ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) rules required by the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, as well as Environmental Legislation and local requirements. In appropriate areas, we set ourselves environmental targets and implement practices beyond the obligation to comply. We cooperate with Non-Governmental Organizations for the development of environmental legislation and submit our opinions to the relevant authorities.
For a sustainable environment, we are committed to reducing raw material waste rates, using energy and natural resources efficiently, minimizing waste and supporting recycling.


We organize training activities to raise awareness of the employees of our organization and our subcontractors on environmental protection. We evaluate and control the organizations to which we outsource services and contract manufacturing in terms of environmental impact. We carry out practices to ensure the development of environmental awareness by other stakeholders of the society.


As an organization implementing the EFQM Excellence Model, we receive, analyze, balance and implement stakeholder expectations, needs and feedback. We ensure the reduction of negative environmental impacts in the life stages of our products and prevent pollution at its source. We minimize the environmental impact of all our activities in order to preserve a livable environment and usable natural resources for future generations.
We prefer the use of sustainable resources; we ensure the mitigation of climate change and the protection of the ecosystem and biodiversity.
We fulfill the compliance obligation to ensure the continuity of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System; we continuously improve the system through periodically set environmental targets and reviews, and thus we are committed to preventing environmental pollution.

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy

We use appropriate technology and take protective and preventive measures to minimize the hazards that our stakeholders may be exposed to due to the activities of our organization.


We ensure that the activities carried out in our organization comply with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards, as well as applicable Labor Law Legislation and local requirements. We cooperate with Non-Governmental Organizations for the development of legislation on occupational health and safety and submit our opinions to the relevant authorities.


We identify risks related to occupational health and safety hazards arising from our organization's activities and keep these risks under control by reducing them to acceptable levels. In appropriate areas, we set targets for ourselves and implement practices beyond legal requirements and regulations.


We organize the necessary training activities for the adoption and implementation of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System by the employees of our organization and our subcontractors. We carry out practices to ensure the development of occupational health and safety awareness by other members of the society.


We ensure the continuity of the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, continuously improve it through periodic targets and reviews, and thus, we are committed to preventing injuries and occupational diseases.

Our Quality Policy

We adopt the EFQM Excellence Model approach, set and disseminate approaches and targets in this direction, continuously review and improve them, and resolutely continue our journey of excellence.


As a requirement of our customer-oriented process approach and continuous improvement principle, we use ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems.


As required by our sector, we ensure continuous compliance with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, as well as the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) rules in force regarding the development, production and presentation of products.


We implement Quality Assurance Systems and continuously improve our system in order to produce our products in accordance with their intended use and regulatory obligations, in a reliable manner and in a way that does not pose any risk in terms of quality and effectiveness. We accept the achievement of this goal as a management responsibility and ensure the participation of all our employees and suppliers in the system.


In order to satisfy our customers, we understand their expectations correctly, strive to exceed these expectations and make them feel valuable.
We provide continuous and planned training to ensure that our Quality Policy is adopted by all our employees and that the concepts and principles of our Quality System are well understood.

Our Human Resources Policy

Innovative human resources systems are developed and implemented in order to provide a working environment where our employees can reveal their potential at the highest level, to sustain corporate loyalty and to contribute to the achievement of our company's strategic goals.
Our primary goals are to apply an ethical management approach in all our processes that constitute our Human Resources policy, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Our Talent Acquisition Policy

Recruitment Management

In our recruitment processes, the criteria required for job suitability such as education, knowledge, skills, competence and experience are evaluated with a fair approach. Within the scope of the principles of equality and diversity, no discrimination is made based on ethnic origin, religion, language, race, age, gender, nationality, disability or cultural difference, and equal opportunity is observed. In order for the selection of new talents to join us to be objective, assessment tools with proven validity and reliability and scientific basis are used.

Training and Development Management

Continuous development is aimed in parallel with the Company's vision and business targets. By identifying the current and future development needs of employees, training programs are organized to improve their technical, functional and professional knowledge and skills. In addition to the legally mandatory trainings, newly recruited employees are supported with orientation programs that ensure adaptation to the company.

Performance Management

The performance management system is implemented with an objective approach in which business results and personal competencies are evaluated together. In line with common goals and objectives, our employees are supported to maximize their performance and talents. With this approach, it is aimed to identify the strengths and development needs of our employees and to improve their individual and team performance through regular feedback.

Career Management

As part of strategic human resources planning, career management is used to meet organizational needs and to evaluate the potential of employees in the appropriate position.
In line with our employees' competencies and experience as well as their job performance, their transition to different positions is supported through appointment, promotion and rotation processes by using scientifically based assessment tools with proven validity and reliability. As a result of the evaluations, the development needs of employees are shared through feedback reports and training and development opportunities are offered to employees to improve themselves.

Wage Management

Our wage management system is created by taking into account macroeconomic data, market conditions, wage policies and company size. A fair management approach is adopted by taking into account job sizes, internal and external sector wage balances.
The remuneration policy is managed by taking into account performance results in order to reward employee performance with successful business results and to encourage employees to show higher performance.

Ethical Principled Management Policy

Ethical Management is one of our most important values that reveal our understanding of doing business. Our company, employees and stakeholders are protected by our Ethical Management approach, which is at the heart of our corporate values and working principles. All our decisions and activities are carried out successfully in accordance with the rules of business ethics that guide us together with laws, regulations and procedures. Our Ethical Principled Management approach covers all managers and employees, including the Board of Directors and its members. All our managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Business Ethics Principles and Code of Conduct. An Ethics Committee has been established by the Chairman of the Board of Directors to ensure the functioning of Business Ethics practices.

Our Personal Data Protection Policy

Among the primary values and objectives of our company are to protect fundamental rights and freedoms and privacy in the processing of personal data, especially the privacy of private life, and to ensure the security of personal data. In this direction, we are very sensitive to fulfill our responsibilities within the framework of the Personal Data Protection law against our internal and external customers that we work with within our business management.


Our policy explains the principles adopted in the execution of personal data processing activities and the basic principles we have defined in accordance with the relevant secondary regulations and practices, especially the Personal Data Protection Law. Necessary transparency is provided by informing personal data owners with these principles and guidelines.

Our Employee Relations Management Policy

One of the most fundamental and important values of our Company is happiness. Accordingly, our employees are provided with an equal, healthy and safe working environment in legal, social, cultural, ethical and psychological terms. In all our management and human resources systems, defined and transparent practices that respect human rights, adhere to our ethical principles and values, and offer equal opportunities are carried out.


Within the scope of our Honoring and Rewarding system, in addition to the achievements of our employees, their opinions and suggestions that will contribute to process improvements are also evaluated and rewarded.


In line with our Internal Communication practices, we hold general participation senior management briefings, open door meetings, social responsibility projects, interdepartmental meetings and one-on-one employee meetings. In addition to various special day celebrations, social, sportive and cultural motivational activities, employee loyalty and satisfaction are increased by keeping together with our employees through our digital social platforms.

Our Information Security Management System Policy

We transform our corporate data into information accumulation through computerized or traditional systems and make them available to authorized employees on the basis of information security. While processing, transmitting and storing information, we take confidentiality, integrity and accessibility as a basis.


In order to ensure business continuity, security and timeliness of information assets, we store all information produced within the company, ensure its backup and manage the documents we archive.
We analyze, identify and evaluate potential risks on information assets and take measures to eliminate risks.


We carry out our activities related to the Information Security Management System in accordance with all legal requirements, existing standards and agreements with third parties regarding information security. In order to ensure and increase information security awareness, we ensure that all related process owners receive training and provide the necessary resources.


We ensure the continuity of our Information Security Management System by fulfilling the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, continuously improve it by reviewing it in line with the set targets, and commit to its sustainability in line with other management systems we implement.
