Bİ’L Leadership ModelWe have developed a model specific to us in line with our overemphasized leadership strategy. With this strong practice that we name as “BI’L Leadership Model”, we aim to:
- introduce a visionary, inspiring and holistic leadership model,
- further improve our employees’ leadership capabilities, and
- discover and build leaders among us.
Composed of three parts, our BI’L Leadership Model adds strength to our employees:

I am the Leader of My Team!We believe that we can only be successful only if we can unite our employees under common goals.
LEADERSHIP SUMMITIn all of their work, our leaders ensure that our corporate culture remains alive and is adopted by our employees by moving in accordance with Bilim Pharmaceuticals’ values and as a model for our employees. Within this framework, we regularly hold the Leadership Summit every year which we consider as a significant leadership development tool, inspiring our employees to reveal their own leadership capabilities.
